A couple has vowed never to use Travelodge again after the hotel double-booked a room.
The couple were astonished to find that when they arrived at the hotel they were told to move to another hotel several miles away.
Following the incident, they took to Mumsnet to express their outrage.
They claimed that Travelodge purposely overbooked and booted out their customers.
