I do not believe it is an effort to sneak bodies out of the White House. There would be no need to roll them down the sidewalks in front of the building in broad daylight in front of known webcams, tourists, etc., they could be disposed of secretly in all sorts of ways. But there is little reason to think these are body bags … one possibility would be load-out of keyboards or other instruments after an event at the White House with a hired band — something along these lines:
