A man who used a jet wash on a dog at a petrol station was confronted by a concerned bystander.
Shocking footage of the man appearing to use the pressure washer on the helpless pooch has been circulating on social media.
The dog, which can be heard yelping, is seen trying to flee by running around a car, but is followed by the man with the jet washer, reports Cork Beo.
