A pup with deformed legs, very little fur and a floppy tongue that is permanently outside of his mouth has been named the World’s Ugliest Dog.
Scooter, a Chinese Crested, was born with two hind legs facing the wrong way and given very little chance of walking, let alone crawling.
The seven-year-old dog was set to be put down but is now thriving thanks in no small part to the use of a cart to get around.
