Hi. I have a “friend” who recently sent me a video of “The UN Council” discussing chemtrails in 2006. It is watermarked with “AgricultureDefenceCoalition.org”. I suspect this may be well known to regular debunkers out there. I’ve already told my friend that this is obviously not the UN for several reasons.
