The tourist, only known as Mr Veacock, claims he saw the mythical creature when he visited the iconic Scottish loch on July 30. He documented his visit on the Official Loch Ness Monster Sightings Register and even included a sketch of what he spotted on the water.
Mr Veacock, who lives in the northwest of England, said the creature he saw in the loch was about 18 inches high and 10 to 12 feet long.
