You’re aware that any form of ultra high speed photography requires vastly more light than you’ll be able to get from any distant object and line scan cameras require precise alignment with the subject vector etc right?
Anyone who wants to understand the challenges of these types of projects should probably (ironically) read up on ATFLIR style targeting pods and the challenges there and also try out a very long telephoto camera and some bird/plane photography.
The issue is that things have to be detectable using whatever method you are going to use to aim your telescopic camera.
