Weird beach finds including a fibreglass mermaid, a prosthetic leg, and a creepy doll are set to go under the hammer at an auction to raise money for charity. The items, all found at the Mission-Aransas National Estuarine Research Reserve at the University of Texas were found as researchers studied turtles.
The items in question were all found as the researchers were searching for stranded sea turtles to study.
