Three-quarters of Brits feel online deliveries should arrive without additional packaging

Over three-quarters of Brits (76 percent) feel that online shopping deliveries should arrive without unnecessary additional packaging, research has found. A poll of 2,000 adults, who have ordered items online, found that three in five would be happy for deliveries to arrive free of packaging – with just a postage label attached – in order to minimise their environmental impact.

Pet products, gardening items, clothing, and sports equipment are the top products that shoppers would be happy to receive without packaging.

And an unabashed 76 percent claim they have never felt embarrassed about the contents of a package they have received.
