In 1966, the final Gemini crewed mission was completed, as Gemini 12, which saw Buzz Aldrin and Jim Lovell fly into space, to dock with an orbiting craft. The mission was a resounding success, but has been largely forgotten in history thanks to the Apollo 11 mission which followed just three years later which saw the first humans land on the Moon.
However, Gemini 12 is now back in centre stage as old images appearing to show UFOs have resurfaced.
