The US government has been covering up incidents involving UFOs — which can “fly underwater” and “defy physics” — for more than 125 years, a congressman has claimed.
Republican Tim Burchett of Tennessee’s 2nd congressional district sits on the House Oversight Committee overseeing UFO hearings.
He said this week that he has been shown classified footage that has not been shared with the public — and attributed cover-ups to power and corruption.
The congressman also suggested that the US Government has long been handing alien artefacts to private companies that are more easily able to keep them secret.
